Return Policy Guidelines
Most of the products sold at shavershop.com are personal care (hygiene) products and CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
NOTE: Most shavers come with a money back guarantee from the manufacturer. These guarantees range from 30 to 60 days. If you do not care for the shave you are getting from the shaver that you purchased, follow the manufacturers instructions in the warranty booklet of your shaver, to take advantage of the money back guarantee.
We recommend that you give the shaver at least a two week trial to allow your beard to adjust to the new shaver, especially if you are changing brands.
We understand that you can make a mistake when purchasing replacement heads for your shaver. Unopened replacement heads may be returned within 7 days of receipt of the heads for the following:
1. An exchange for the correct part. There will be an additional shipping charge added to your card along with the difference in the price of heads (plus or minus).
2. A refund (minus the shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee).
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Replacement foils, screens, heads, cutters and blades, are not guaranteed by the manufacturer or us.
Merchandise that is not defective excluding some shavers, replacement heads, and electronic parts may be returned within 7 days of receipt of product, provided that the merchandise is not damaged and all of the original packaging is intact. There will be a 15% restocking fee applied. An RGA (returned good authorization) number must accompany all returns. Call 877- 774-2837 to obtain an RGA number. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

On our repairs, we guarantee our labor and parts (except for the heads) for 90 days.
